Oh, BofA will call you relentlessly when you hit that 90 day mark. Be prepared for 8 - 12 phone calls daily on every number you have. And their collectors will call you from their cells, etc. I know this only because that's how they got me to pick up at 8:40PM one night!over $100K cc debt,$20K taxes,$332K mortgages/value $190K,surrendered
Confirmed, $801/month 56 down,4 to go

About to 90 with BOA on 1 account 20K tommorrow, I guess that's why I got my first human message from Chad on my cell. He sounded as if he was calling to tell me I'd won the lottery. I'll be 90 with Citi on 8k in two days hope Betty calls. I wonder if BOA will ever roll my other 4 accounts together to save on their labor costs and give one of the Chad's a day off?

I got 1 other B of A but I get calls from FIA card services on that one. These collectors must be getting exasperated with calling all the people who are defaulting.Stopped Paying CC's 2/2009. I love FIA! My father passed away in December with CC debt and since he was a Medicaid patient, we (I) chose not to probate the will (he had a whopping $550 in his checking account). I was almost hysterical to the point of peeing myself when they called to ask if someone (me, I suppose?) wanted to take over payments on his credit card and they would drop the interest to 2%. Why on earth would anyone agree to that? Knuckleheads.over $100K cc debt,$20K taxes,$332K mortgages/value $190K,surrendered
