In what court would a creditor sue me?

I am in New York City. What court would a creditor use to sue me? I am trying to find as many online resources as possible to stay ahead of the game.

It would be your county court, in NY that is oddly enough called supreme court.
You should be able to find the website for your county and search for cases.
I checked NY County (Manhattan) and it's online.
