PNC checking account BOA credit card offset question

I have a Mastercard formerly issued by PNC Bank but sold off to Bank Of America several years ago. Bedsides the fact that I have make electronic payments in the past from that checking account do I have to be concerned about BOA making an offset withdrawal due to the card originating with PNC?

Assuming that BoA now owns the account, then I would say, yes, they might do that.

I might not have been clear. BoA owns the credit card account, but the checking account is still with PNC.

Based on experiences I have read about here, I would still speculate that they could do it. Though obviously that is my opinion and I doubt that anyone here can give you a definite answer.
