BTW after 5 months Chase is only down to 65% and she graciously pointed out that Chase only holds it for 7 months then sends it to collections. True???

Around here Chase definitely sues people. However, if it's over 15k it takes about a year to reach judgment, vs an automatic default judgment in 35 days for under 15k in NJ special civil part a.k.a. the judgment mill. Naturally every case is different.

A little update...a week ago chase was at 65%...yesterday 45%. At this rate I will be debt free by summer.
