      Around here Chase definitely sues people. However, if it's over 15k it takes about a year to reach judgment, vs an automatic default judgment in 35 days for under 15k in NJ special civil part a.k.a. the judgment mill. Naturally every case is different.
      filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

        A little update...a week ago chase was at 65%...yesterday 45%. At this rate I will be debt free by summer.
        $70k- Unsecured Debt
        $88k- Secured Debt (HELOC/2nd)
        $200k- Land investment gone bad. (Land secured)
        1st- $366k / House Value- $300k
