    Yes, good, but many of us here in the forum already know of the cease and desist rule within the FDCPA.

      Yep, this very simple type of notice also works for me.

      You can make it clear how to contact you, by giving them your USPS mailing address.

      With the exception of one account, I've never had calls after my certified letter was accepted.

        The FDCPA doesn't apply to business accounts.
        Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17

          True, the FDCPA does not apply to OC's. Unless, you live in a state that has laws similar to the FDCPA that also refer to "any" party attempting to collect on a debt.

            I like answering the phone,DW works 3rd shift so it gives me someone to talk to in the morning when she's sleeping.
