Take your pick at things to be terrified about:

Terrified at being cast out from "membership" for life? Amex never forgives or forgets being Included in Bankruptcy. But you can still get a corporate card through your employer.

Can they still do this if you for example, pay them off, close the accounts, and then file for bk a few months later?? If you didn't BK them do they still ban you, or if you want the 7-10 year marks, can you re-apply?

It's only a blacklist for people who stiff Amex, as far as I know.
