Hope they don't call his Army Reserve command. Of course if they do many they will realize how badly they screwed over my husband when he was injured and they just sent home home without pay... not sure what they expected to happen to him.

He may not lose the security clearance. Next time it comes up for investigation/renewal, if you can show that you have done everything in your power to turn around your finances after filing BK. They may overlook it. My husbands was renewed about 1 year before we foreclosed on our house. Now, all of our bills are paid and we are able to get a mortgage. (woohoo for me, we close in a couple weeks) He asked his Chief and he said it wouldn't be an issue because since then we have paid our bills and turned our finances around. No worries
