Sending DV request from the grave

Got a letter today addressed to "To the Estate of (me)" from a CA. They said they were notified I had passed away and offered condolences.

Said my estate still owed the money and notified my estate of the right to DV within 30 days. So I'm sending a DV request.

Should I let them know I'm alive but all my assets and income are dead (judgment execution proof) to them ?
It's not what we have in our lives, but who we have in our lives and the quality of those relationships.

We have some agency trying to collect some debt that is listed in my FATHER's name. Dad died in 1962. If they get pesky or mean enough, we just plan on sending a copy of Dad's death certificate.....

SSD, Funny! It's a paradox. If you DV them they will assume you are alive. If you don't respond, will they asume you are "dead," and give up. Hey, post what you eventually decide.

Remember the stimulus rebates? According to some news articles over 1 million checks were sent out to people who had been dead for more than 5 years.
