Cease and..........letter/form?

I am pretty sure I read/found somewhere on this site, a form letter that can be used to send to "junk debt buyers and also to the creditor that sold the debt (after it had been included in C13) AND just before it was discharged.

Two "junkers" have turned up on all three credit reports that were just pulled so now what is the correct process to use to have them deleted/stopped?


Can someone point me to the form letter?

you can find this letter in the NOLO "Solve your money troubles" book on page 150 - unsure if the letter is on this site as well - hopefully someone else can point you better if you don't want to go pick up that book. ;)


edit: actually read this post, it looks like there's a website with some sample letters!
