I have been reading on here the stories about Bank Accounts being raided. My question is, Can collections raid your Health Savings Account paid for by your employer?

HSA's are not actual individual "accounts". They only have a balance listed for accounting purposes. The actual money paid in by all participants is in one big azz account that is not in your name at all.
