Most judgments can be wiped out, but not all judgments can be dismissed in bankruptcy.

Examples of judgments that can't be wiped out in bankruptcy are judgments related to non-payment of child support, criminal fines or restitution judgments, and accident claim judgments that involve driving drunk. See http://www.moranlaw.net/7discharge.htm for the list of what is dischargeable and what is not in bankruptcy.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

OK .. LOL ... I will concede that issue. The point though is the same. If one is safe from a judgement or its execution, one has options if they decide to tough it out instead of playing BK before they have too.

This crediter did receive a default judgement against me over 34 years ago, however when I pulled my Credit report it does not appear on there.

and they did levy 1 of bankl accounts alreadfy sicne then I have been depositing money in my Wifes Bank we do not share bank or accounts of any kind.

from what I understand as long as My name is Not connected to her bank account then her account is safe.
