yes, but the debt has already been posted on my credit
report for 2005 ... it was a new collection agency, and they bumped the amount up, and reaged the account.

It WAS NOT clear from your earlier posts that you knew what these debts were for...you were talking about "reports coming out of the blue, etc" and you never really mentioned, and still have not mentioned, what these debts are for.

You are correct, reaging is a problem...but as I said in a previous post, unless your willing to take them to court, you are probably not going to get resolution.

The next step is to demand "investigation" by the CRA's.
