    I'm doing a 13, not a 7, hon.
    The lien will be paid off before my unsecured. All taxes get paid before unsecured.
    I'm asking if it gets removed once it's paid through BK>

      Paying off the lien through your plan still doesn't remove the fact that the lien was recorded. You can get the agency to update it to show "paid". Assuming it remains on your cr, that's about the best you can get. However, once it's paid off, you and or your attny can petition the agency to remove it - my point is, these are separate actions that aren't under the control of the bk court and you can't expect that the lien will just disappear without further work on your part. IME, these pub records are harder to remove than most.
