What Address Do You Use for Creditors?

Does anyone know if you use the address you mail your payments to or the address of customer service? I go to the lawyer this morning and ws going to retype my list and just realized I didn't know which address was appropriate.

I didn't know either, so I gave them both just to make sure.

As Susie said, include both. A lot of times lawyers have a list of their own of the preferred addresses for major credit card companies and they will correct them as necessary.

Our attny has us saving every bit of correspondence from all our Creditors. He wants every address they mail from and every return mail address they give us. The paralegal said they will list every address they have for each and every Creditor in the Creditor Matrix. Our attny doesn't want any Creditor pulling the "I didn't get properly notified." routine.

Each attny is different, I'm sure. Maybe list out every address you have for each Creditor and let your attny choose what address he/she wants to send notification letters to.
