Home value and Bankruptcy?

WHen I file for chapter 7 and reaffirm my home, will there be an appriasal done to determine market value of the home?
I currently have an appraisal of 150,000, this was done a year ago for a re-fi on the home.
I owe 149,700.
My question is, if i'm not filing against the lendor of my home, do I have to worry about loosing it?
Something tells me its up to the trustee to decide..

I don't think the trustee will even bother with you if you have no equity. Last year's appraisal should be fine. It's doughtful you gained alot of equity in your home since than.
