Could someone plz help me.. My husband and i have been separated for over a year now..and he was in a chapter13 and converted to a chapter 7...Last year i filed chapter 7 ... The irs is after me for his debts ..I did not have any support or contact with my husband ..I recieved a letter with my name on it with a demand for 47000.00...Am i liable for his debts
