I have several underwater rental homes which would should have been abandoned. Instead - the trustee has taken a 1000 dollar bid for each home from a vulture buyer.

Apparently, the trustee didn't agree they should be abandoned. There is nothing for you to do unless your attorney or trustee tells you otherwise.LadyInTheRed is in the black!

$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
