Since the Trustee has declared that I have no assets can I now sell my car? Or will I have to wait until after discharge? The car is paid for and was listed in my bankruptcy but it basically had little value thus the trustee identified it as a "no asset".

Yes, you can sell your car now if you wish. But, if I were you, I would wait until you have your Discharge Order in hand. That is just my opinion...

Actually, you need to wait until the trustee formally abandons the car.
Even if you're no asset, your assets are stil property of the bk estate.Comment
