Final Truste's Report Question

The final trustee report was filed with the UST, the record shows up on pacer but the actual PDF of the report does not.

Will I get a copy or will it show up on PACER to download?

You should be able to see the associated text with each record filed. It is an option you have to check when you do your search on PACER. You can see their comments there. I don't recall getting a PDF, but my attorney was notified and their office sent me an email with info from the Trustee's report. Not sure if I pulled the PDF from the Trustee's report or not to be honest, but again, you can check that option to include text and it will show the report filed.

EDIT: I just pulled my PACER info and there was no PDF, but I did check the "DISPLAY DOCKET TEXT" button and can see what the Trustee reported. Hope this helps.

No. I never got a full report. My case was a Chapter 7 No-asset. As I mentioned, my attorney received the report once PACER was updated and their office forwarded that info to me. I checked that display text box on PACER and can see what they reported.
