Can someone file bankruptcy while they are incarcerated in TN? Would a POA be able to file on behalf of this person? I know you have to have pre-bankruptcy credit counseling so I don't know how they would accomplish that. Also, would the POA be able to attend the 341 meeting instead of the individual?
I don't know the whole story here, only that this question was asked on another forum. I assume this individual has assets that they want to protect and not just debt.
