Pacer Question after Discharge

I just posted a question about my credit report now I have a question about PACER.

I checked PACER to get a copy of the Discharge paperwork. I know it may take a week or two for the case to close. Our Discharge was granted 9/18/13 but there is a deadline of Oct. 7 for a 365(d) NR Lease. I have no idea what that is and was hoping someone could help me. I am wondering if the close date would happen after that.

Do you lease a vehicle or commercial property? Otherwise, I don't know what it is either. The discharge is the important part, so congratulations on your discharge!
