      Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
      $143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

        Attorney did check and a second Ch7 341 Hearing was not required since I had already completed one before converting to Ch13 and back to Ch7.

        Discharge was entered on 11/19 which works out to 90 days from the Hearing Date (8/22) of Motion to Convert in which Conversion was approved by Judge without objection from Trustee or Creditors.

        Thanks to everyone for your help and support on my case, you all made it so much easier to get me through the confusion.
