    What's got 2 thumbs and no longer owes 80K of credit card debt?

    It's after midnight so today is now officially day 61. I even printed out a docket report because the PACER receipt at the bottom shows the time stamp.

    BKforum has been a lifesaver for me. If not for this forum, I would probably have ended up in a chapter 13 that I can't afford. Instead, with some stategic planning and waiting 6 months, I got a chapter 7.

    I had a couple issues. One is that I'm pretty far over median income. Luckily, I have expenses (high mortgage and car). The other issue is that I had a BT of several thousand dollars about 7 months before I filed, and I never made any payments on the credit card after the BT. In the end, it was all a non-issue.

    I can finally go forward with my life. Thank you all.

    p.s. Sorry for the lame joke in the title but I'm excited!
    Chapter 7, above median, no asset. Discharged with no UST involvement.

      I'm in the same boat - I'm at 66 days after my 341 but still waiting discharge...the waiting kills me!!
