What does this mean in Pacer?

I just checked the summary in Pacer, and there is one line I'm not sure of:

Flags: DebtEdDue, MEANSNO

Not sure if we should be concerned. If the DebtEdDue means the education courseS, we've completed both courses and our attorney has all the certs. I'm definitely concerned with MEANSNO

Any idea what this means?? Our 341 is on 8/20 and I haven't heard anything from the attorney. I plan on calling him tomorrow, but I'm curious and nervous!
