    Terminated???

I just went to PACER, and in the section about my 341 hearing, there were 2 boxes--one said "satisfied," and one said "terminated." There was a date of May 22, 2006 under "terminated," and nothing under "satisfied." Does this mean my case was not discharged? I haven't heard anything about my case being thrown out. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Is there a help screen on pacer that gives definitions of each of the statuses?

I think that means the trustee isn't through harrassing you. He wants more information. Are you pro-se or do you have an attorney?

Pro-se. I haven't gotten a phone call or correspondence from the trustee's office, so I had assumed that everything was okay.

Terminated usually means "stopped". For example, in my case, trustee filed motion to deny confirmation based on several things. Once the answers from my attorney along with the amended plan arrived, the initial motion to deny was "terminated" (which was a good thing, it meant the trustee "stopped" his motion in court to deny confirmation...of course the bastard issued another one after that).

Since you are pro-se, call the trustee office and ask what it means. The worst thing they can tell you is they can't tell you. I am just comparing what happened in my case and the "terminated" thing. I saw that in pacer on my report after the meeting and didn't think it was bad until of course the motion to deny came out. Good luck.

my understanding is that it means the 341 meeting was concluded (finished) and if you are a no assest case, most likely the trustee has decided that she/he does not want to continue and is seeking release from your case from the Court

You did attend your 341 meeting didn't you?????

If not the Trustee may have filed for a Motion to Dismiss.......

Since you are pro se contact the Trustee's office.... they have to talk to you because you are representing yourself.....

Best be finding out what's going on.............
