Forgot to list debt in chapter 7 non- asset filling. Is this debt forgiven when your case is discharged.

Yes, it's included in the discharge. Since you were no asset, a creditor isn't harmed by not being listed. -
If your case is still open, it is best to amend the petition to include the debt and give notice to the creditor. Otherwise, you may end up having to fight the creditor later.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
