I have some creditors added to the matrix on Pacer
who were on my original list. What does this mean?

I'm assuming you meant added creditors Not on your original list. These are Junk Bankruptcy Debt collectors that buy Bankruptcy creditors debt in hopes to collect from assets or a possible dismiss from you.

If your Bankruptcy is discharged and closed, they will be discharged as well.
