A few questions I have my mortgage that wasnt reaffirmed and a camper both are continued to be payed on never missed but were discharged..Report shows paided as agree but are negatives due to not reaffirming Question is if I walked away now would that affect my credit score now????Sense its aready in the negative again always paid..I will continue to pay just wondering????Second Question is being close to the two year mark isnt there a federal refi I can do I want to keep the amount the same,same payment but reduce the interest Im at 7.25% crazy in short just want to pay it off faster thank the lord and the group for helping me through the year in 2010 it was very rough for me thanks guys/gals....

Almost two years past discharge questions please..

Walking away would not affect your credit since the debt is legally discharged. The most the secured creditor could do is sue for foreclosure or repossess the collateral. Neither should affect the credit entries on your credit report.
If you refinance, you will have a new loan and the discharge would be ineffectual. (In other words, you would be back on the proverbial "hook" for the debt.) You should ask your current lender about a loan modification. There should be no reason, after BK, that anyone is paying more than 4-5% on a mortgage.
