non-reaffirmed Wells Fargo/ late fees charged?

In discharged BK-7; is the lender allowed to charge "late fees" on the loan? Wells Fargo. made payment, 15 days late; late fee on the 14th day, and they added a late fee.

I was under the impression there were no late fees if not reaffirmed. Am I mistaken?

A non-reaffirmed loan is simply a loan that you are not legally obligated to pay, should you wish to allow the bank to reclaim their merchandise.

Other than that, the loan is the same...if payment is late, expect a late fee.
