I found a great attorney (at least, so far), so hubs fronted me the money to file now versus waiting until later this Spring. I feel like I can breathe again.

Waiting on the Court to schedule the 341 meeting.

Thank you, all, for the great info and your personal stories. It really helped me realize that this is the best option for me.

My Hubby filed 2-6, his 341 is March 14th, It only gets better now.

I filed mine today, and like you, I feel like I can breathe!!! As soon as I get the proof of filing mailed to my payroll and the collection agencies (tomorrow) and the garnishments stop I'll feel free again!!!!

Happy for you. Lots of collection agencies get notice thru the filing automatically. Ours did. We had our attorny fax case # to courthouse that same day to stop our courtcase happening the next day.
