I can't stop smiling!!!!!! I can't believe it! We are discharged!!!! I feel like such a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders!!!!! Over the median Chapter 7 and no questions from our U.S. Trustee!!!

Now for the rebuilding process... I have learned so much from this Forum. I am a cash only person from now on!
Now we need to figure out the house thing and probably a car thing. Bought the car back in March when we were sure we needed it for the next 5 years for a Chapter 13. I think we will probably let it go and my husband (car nut) is going to go buy a beater car for himself (CASH).
And if we decide to stay in our home (big IF considering it's upside down bigtime), we can file a Chapter 13 to strip the 2nd and 3rd (we have mortgage arrears, so that would be the purpose of the 13). Our district is allowing it after a Chapter 7, even without a Chapter 13 discharge!
