    Today will be 30 days after the UST filed a presumption of abuse. Just looked on pacer this morning and it reads:

    Full docket text for document 18:
    The United States Trustee (UST) previously filed a statement that this case was presumed to be an abuse under Section 707(b)(2). Based on further review, the UST has determined that this case is NOT presumed to be an abuse under Section 707(b)(2). (There is no image or paper document associated with this entry.)     Am I just waiting for discharge now?

    You were always waiting for discharge. What happened was that the UST filed a Statement of Presumption of Abuse in order to look more closely at your case. This could have been to look more closely at your income, because you were over the median, or even because you had some recent "one-time" income that they wanted to look at. The UST has now found that their curiosity in your case has been satisfied and they see nothing to stop the discharge.

    So, you're still just awaiting discharge but now with the comfort of knowing that the UST is done with you.

      I got the same thing yesterday on my Pacer so now we just wait for the 60 days.....YAY for you and me....
