    scs30885: What has happened?

I know that there has been much time that gone by since you wrote this, I am wondering what the outcome was for you scs30885.

    Hi Newday1:

I have moved your question into a new post/thread of it's own.

It is NOT permitted to resurrect a very old thread on this forum. That is because the information contained in them is so old, and information may have changed since then, that to resurrect such a thread, is to promote 'bad law' and 'bad information' into the current day.

Other forums out there in the 'great ethersphere,' have no problems with passing along bad knowledge. We at BKForum.com, do not wish that to happen.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I hope that you will get a response from scs30885. But I suspect that he/she may have moved on. Many members do not stick around to help out people coming after them.

Certainly there must be many newer members with similar situations who can help.

Here--I think--is the thread that Newday1 is referring to:

JB's comments in the old thread are right on target. The right to payment post petition, stemming from a contract entered into pre petition, is property of the estate. Thus the funds belong to the estate, subject, of course, to any exemption that may be claimed.

          Des.
