It looks like we need a fresh start as we are crumpling under the weight and debt we have accumulated...

Does anyone know of an experienced and dependable Bankruptcy Attorney in Lee County, FL?

If anyone has a recommendation, they will need to put it on your Visitor's page. We are not allowed to name names on the public side of the forum.

You may wish to contact the clerks office of your BK Court, and ask for a list of attorneys. While they are not allowed to 'make recommendations' you still are more apt to get a list of the attorneys that the Clerk's office personnel prefer to deal with. They work with these people everyday, and know which ones are courteous, professional and well prepared, as well as those who are slip-shod, running late, tend to have errors in the paperwork that cause problems, or who just are plain obnoxious to be around.
