Post BK7 reporting ?'s plus a need for general advice

Hi all: Been about one year since my discharge - nothing new great to report. Doing better and no new debt so that's always good news.

Today i signedup for identity guard. First time since my credit tanked i've bothered to look...

On my 2nd Mortgage Equifax writes for account status: Included in bankruptcy. Transunion just says bankruptcy. Experian writes: Unpaid balance reported as a loss to credit grantor.

I wonder if everything is correct - did they write off this debt? I still pay the 1st Mtg but plan to stop soon as the rate increases. If i went to sell i would have to pay the 2nd still, right? Or did they dump the debt?

My car payments show account closed - equifax/experian show no payments even tho i pay. Transunion has green for all recent indictaing payment have been received.
I would like to re-build credit and beloeve i shoudkl receive credit for making tinmely payments.

Also, i know things get messed up in certain cases and mistakes are made. Like a motorcycle paymnet which i still make same as car payment eq/exp show closed/bk whereas trans shows paying as agreed...

You might be wondering what is the question here? I just looking to see if this is par for the course type stuff or what i should do. The MTG one is extremely important.

I would consider Experian's entry inaccurate.

Like it or not, the entry should read "Included in Bankruptcy" or "Bankruptcy".

Unless, that entry predates the filing of your BK.

Think of your BK this way on your credit report. Any loan you had on your credit report prior to the BK is frozen. There should be no further reporting of anything. Anything bad that happened prior to the BK stays there. But aside from reporting the accounts Included in Bankruptcy with zero balance due, NOTHING should be reported on those accounts (even if you are still paying) after the BK.

In that case the reporting sure is inconsistant. And what's even weirder - the place still giving me credit for the payments has the lowest overall score for me (transunion) 563 TU; 583 Exp; 608 Equifax

It reads like the 2nd mortgage has written off the bad debt.

Penfed transunion looks like this for a car that was not reaffirmed: sept 10 - july 11 = Green square; Aug 11- may 12 = white square with line through it ( no data); June 12 - Aug 12 = Green Square
Another vehicle through tyndall CU shows reaffirmed. I did not reaffirm any debt whatsoever.
