Discharged, now waiting for Closed

Received our discharge notice last week. Yesterday was the deadline for "Notice of Intent to Sell". I haven't heard anything and there's nothing in PACER (not sure if there would be). So just waiting now for the Close. I never asked if trustee abandoned interest in the house (he threatened appraisal, then nothing happened.) I guess I just don't want to poke the bear, this bear made me very nervous in the 341. It is totally under water and we're allowed $50K exemption, so it was a ridiculous notion anyway.

Our debt wasn't that much, but the level of harassment was really ramped up over the last 3 years. It's nice that I can have the ringer on my phone on now. Thanks for all the quick and wonderful advice here. You're the best!
