We are in between our 341 meeting and discharge. An attorney from Best Buy contacted my husband today and left him a voicemail saying to call him. My husband did because he didn't know what it was about. He then told him there was a lien blah blah blah and we needed to mail them back the camera or arrange a payment plan. WTF?

Any advice?

They have broken the law by even contacting you. The automatic stay is in place when you file. Unless you have legal papers of a law suit, forget it. If some arrive, tell them you are in possession of this item and they may come to your location to repossess it. You are not obligated to mail or take it back. This company is one of the bloodiest to deal with. Make it hard on them. 'Hub

A used camera is worth a buck ninety nine to them after they pay someone to do all the paperwork and fetching.
Make them work for it.
Do NOT mail it to them!!!!! Don't do it, no no no no no!!!!

Actually come to think of it you should ask your atty to file for stay violation.
Might split a grand between you
