We amended our petition last month (schedule C) and filed an objection to the trustee's notice of intent to sell to protect some property that was scheduled to be sold. We didn't hear anything so assumed all was well as the trustee would make the same amount of money from us as we intend to "buy back" our property from the trustee. There is a comment in Pacer that an evidentiary hearing regarding our objection has been scheduled. This doesn't sound good. Does this mean the trustee is objecting to our objection and still wants to sell the original property?? Or is this just a formality? Please help!!! This whole process is starting to give me fits!
