    filing chapter 7

I live paycheck to paycheck I pay all my bills not on time but I pay my bills course that leaves me broke so I was wondering if I can file bankruptcy even if all my bills are paid

Welcome to the forum. You will need to give us some more details before anyone can advise.

Are you a single person, or a couple?
Do you own a home or rent? What are your bills there?
Do you own a car(s)? If more than one, how many?
What kind of debt do you have? Medical? Legal? Student loans? (which for the most part are not dischargeable) Credit card(s)? IRS and/or State Income tax debt?
Do you have any assets that may not be covered by your state's exemptions?

That is a good list for you to start your planning. Read through all the 'stickies' in all the forums that are on this board, and learn as much as you can.

Everyone will be glad to help as they can.

Stop all debts that you wish to discharge and use that money for living expenses and legal fees. You don't have to be in default to file for bk.
