Credit Card use before BK.

Hello!
Used cc last on 8/3 for groceries and other items. Less than 400. Had some cash advances in december of last year. Stopped paying credit cards as of August. Planing to file next week, but considering waiting another month and scrambling to pay at least partial payments. Any opinions, commentS? will I face CC adversary action?

You should be okay. As long as there were no major purchases, and your statements can show normal household and food purchases, there shouldn't be a problem. You need to start learning to live on cash now...

I have cut my credit cards and swore not to ever have one again!!!! Just think that 20 years ago, when I come to this great USofA, I dreamed of one..... Also noticed other reasons to wait another month... Means test and I/J look better! Even if I need to surrender my tax return!!! ANd will sleep better with another month under my belt!
