Good news from attorney!

Hi,

Here is email from my attorney today:

"I also got the official notice from the US Trustee that they are not going to try to dismiss your case as a Chapter 7."

So now we just wait until mid October? I am so happy and relieved!

Oh I guess I saw it today, but she did email me yesterday, still the weekend tho'. I had emailed her during the week and she was out of the office, but she even replied to me then.
