Congrats Pam! You and us are in the same boat it sounds. Just counting the days.
Right with you the first hurdle will be Sept 28 to see if the US TT will object although our lawyer doesn't really doesn't think so but cautioned you never know what could happen and with us it usually does 99 percent of the time.
While I would not rule out the possibility of the UST taking a look at this, it is well within reason to look at a dismissal as nothing more than a postponement of the inevitable. A "by the numbers" analysis might be grounds for dismissal, and that by-the-numbers analysis is what the UST might have land on his desk. However, all Trustees are humans with common sense, so even if this hits a snag with the UST, I'd say it still stands a great chance for approval and discharge with little more than a delay and possibly a little extra petitioning.

I'd rest easy.
Were hoping that when the US TT asked for more info and then had no more question that is was a good sign we will see. Our lawyer felt it all hung on the fuel oil which we had 4 years of history to show and if we had to go in front of a judge common sense would prevail and we would win as we need to heat our home.
I hope so tobee. Didn't hear from lawyer today so that's a good sign I hope. I did not sign up for pacer as I know I would be one to check it often and have a bill. I will wait till I hear from my lawyer.
I do have a question I keep getting medical bills that were included in our BK from one of those walk in places. I'm sending in back with a note giving them the BK number and our lawyer number if it keeps happening then what should I do?
