Just got a bill from an attorney that I interviewed. WTH?

    I spent the last 15 years billing my time in professional services, and I think it's bad form to bill a new client $60 to answer a couple email questions, particularly if the attorney knows he's not being hired. I would have charged that time to business development and called it a day.

      Totally agree, very bad form!

      My guess is that it is either a mistake of staff at the office, or we just don't have all the information about the situation
