Update
We just got our date for our 341 it's Sept 14 at 11 told hubby I want to be there by 9:30 latest. It said no presumption of abuse. Lawyer said she does expect some question and we will answer most likely about the heating cost.

Another odd question we have 2 kids that still with live with us and we have included what they give us towards the household expensive. One moved back from Ohio when he lost his job and no jobs there, the other found a job though a temp agency sometimes work all month other times not so much. I asked our lawyer if we needed proof of what they pay she said no, I'm just concerned that the TT will want proof, they paid cash they don't have checks they do everything though their debit card. We haven't told them or anyone else and really don't want to have to. Has anyone experience this

i actually have no personal experience with this type of situation as when i threw my kids out, in those days they luckily for us never came back.

with the enomony the way it is, i won't be surprised if this is nothing to be concerned about as your atty points out. but just be prepared in case. i'm certain many household have the same situation going on now where the kids are pitching in with paying for themselves.

Oh how I wish they would have stayed out as we still have issue's that think I'm still mom and will pick up after them. One day got tired of the laundry sitting in the dryer for days took it and locked it in the trunk of my car they had to paid to get it back. Hubby thought I was being mean. I though heck no extra drink for me when I went out.

after meeting with our lawyer on Tuesday and after going over things and looking like we were headed to a 13 for three years I mentions to her about our huge fuel heating bills, the home we live in started out as a hotel/bar by my great great grandfather thought the years it stay that way they it became a 2 family home it's been in the family since the 1800's hubby brought it and we converted it to one home (which needs a lot of work done on it) all that to say I brought to our meeting on fuel cost and mention to her can we use this. She looked at that her eyes popped and said this changes everything instead of a car payment we have fuel payments and have proof so this put us in a Chapter 7 which was filed today. So can we join the club?

I'm still a little nervous that they will throw out the fuel bill although our lawyer felt everything was okay as we had a read out from the fuel company for the last 5 years.
