Sure I'll send pizza it's a staple in our house.

We are filing federal got to exempt everything due to no equity in the house. She sent me a list of question that the tt could ask us and it said do we transfer any assets in the last four years. Do we pay any relatives back in the last 4 years. I have a email into her about the car to see what she says. I also saw some others things that were not right on the petition that is not right. What happens after its filed and I see wrong things?

pam, i reviewed my petition 5 times and had to change it all!! they even listed the residence we were surrendering as a property we had owned 33 years PRIOR to bk!! it was terrible! also, i had to change so much small stuff.

make certain before you sign anything on that petition that every line is correct. it took me over a week for my last petition, as is wanted to put it down and then review it again and again...resting my eyes and brain in between to make certain it was correct.

really?? yes, i would certainly question that! that makes little to no sense at all. especially, if already had a copy of a petition that didn't have those questions on it? i am puzzled.

She had to change the means test around after saw us on Tuesday and asked instead of us coming back to resign if it was okay if she just add the fuel oil and use our original signed paper we said sure, what I saw new was just one thing a 50.00 added to telecommunications line 32 on the means test. We still pass if that is removed

That is the only thing on the means test and your right I need to question her about the other changes and fired off a email to her. She pulled a credit report and that was not on it so where it came from I don't know. I feel so stupid right now as I though we looked over everything with a eagle eye. The amount is not much under 200.00 for the bills if that Pam

Yes I'm sure she will. I was just searching if a issue we can file a amended petition if needed we shall see. It's the 4 years question that has me puzzled.

Don't know if anyone has answered about your doctor bills -- can't find that they have. It's my understanding that if you do owe the doctor anything, you have to list him, there is no option to leave him off. But you can go ahead and pay him after you are discharged, if you want to.

yes, you list him, you can chose to pay anyone after the discharge/close. that's up to you.

Update
Talked to the para legal today as my lawyer was in court today. She said the bills that I paid off were on the credit report they pulled and were not updated.
As for the one item on the means test I figured that one out this am and just wanted to confirm it with her. I asked about the 4 years item she said that was for something that we would have sold below Fair Market Value which a 20 year old car doesn't count. She said our TT in this area if they think there is something fishy not so in our case. She said basically we get up swore this our name address and everything is correct and we are done. Update
We just got our date for our 341 it's Sept 14 at 11 told hubby I want to be there by 9:30 latest. It said no presumption of abuse. Lawyer said she does expect some question and we will answer most likely about the heating cost.

Another odd question we have 2 kids that still with live with us and we have included what they give us towards the household expensive. One moved back from Ohio when he lost his job and no jobs there, the other found a job though a temp agency sometimes work all month other times not so much. I asked our lawyer if we needed proof of what they pay she said no, I'm just concerned that the TT will want proof, they paid cash they don't have checks they do everything though their debit card. We haven't told them or anyone else and really don't want to have to. Has anyone experience this
