341 Meeting Continued, Filed Amendment

Well, my husband had his 341 meeting on May 31 and we were required to provide the trustee with additional documents, file an amendment and the meeting was continued. It's continued for the 28th of this month and she told us we wouldn't need to go back as long as we provided what she asked for.

So, she had all of the required documents emailed to her by her deadline and the amendment was filed. Should we just be looking for her report on Pacer and ignore the continued meeting? What comes next?

We also were continued with similar instructions from the trustee. Our attorney checked with the trustee to be sure we did not have to show up. If you are not represented then you can call the trustee to be sure. If you are represented then your attorney needs to make that call.
