When will they repo

We just filed for ch 7 and we are giving back our GMC truck. Financed through Ally, which use to be GMAC. I'm just wondering if they will pick them up now or if they have to wait until the 341 is over? We would rather take them to a dealer and leave them if we are given the option.

The day after discharge Ally called us to make arrangements, we could bring it to a dealership or have someone pick it up. Someone picked it up about a week later. Very uneventful

I've asked my attorney this and he said we will schedule a time to drop the car off, so that we don't have to sit around wondering/worrying. So far we are a few weeks from our discharge and haven't heard anything at all.
