Received this message after my rule 2004 examination

My case was originally filed 9/29/2011.

Since then our case has been extended probably 4 or 5 times.

Yesterday we had to go to a Rule 2004 Examination and I feel it went well. Last night I checked the Pacer and the message said that "Based on this review, the US Trustee has determined that the Debtor's case is NOT presumed to be an abuse under section 707(b)(2).

I know this is a good sign but do you think this means we will be discharged? I know early on my lawyer said that the Trustee thought we should possibly be in a 13 and not a 7. So does this sound like they are ok with us doing a 7?

Sounds like you will be OK in your Ch 7.

We also had one of those 2004B Examinations, but it concerned an Preferential Insider payment. Yours did not, and you got a very favorable ruling. You will be fine and will Discharge on time.

Glad to hear the positive responses. We will just keep our fingers crossed for the next couple of weeks.
