I'm worried about going into my ch7 with too much cash on hand. There are two things I'm thinking about spending money on. I'm not sure if these would be considered luxury items:
- Car A/C. It's going to cost about $1200 to fix my car A/C. I do deliver pizza at night, in Florida. It's getting quite excruciating. But, A/C is not necessary for the functioning of the car. So… luxury item?
- Continuing Education Expenses. I'm not an attorney. But if I was an attorney, currently not practicing, and I had to take courses every year to keep my license active. Luxury item?
I understand that every case is different and it can go either way. But maybe you have seen real life examples of these. I'm in Florida Middle District.
Thanks!
